Noticeable mid-cycle cramps
I'm 27 and I never really noticed the mid-cycle cramps as prominently as now. It's usually a dull pain that comes and goes for few days but this time it is bit more severe (it is not unnoticeable like other times) but less severe than my actual period cramps that causes me to vomit. There's no spotting or anything abnormal that I notice other than that and I haven't checked my basal temp. Only that this month is quite depressing mentally and I have become irregular with my light exercise. As of consequences, I am eating less. Sometimes I also feel tired and dizzy when I get up to grab something, short blackouts if I have to plunge fast. Overall I don't feel too fit to jump and dance at a given time. I'm 27, female, never been pregnant, weight = 52 kgs, height = 5ft 3 Anything I should change or be concerned about ??
