Not pooping and fever
My son 12 month old he was developing fever in past 4 days...but now he is ok...since last 3 days..only his temperature goes to 38 in morning after that his body temperature is normal.
My concern os that ...whole day my baby not pooped ...and done vomitting 2 to 3 times...also some time he feel dizzy and sometimes he play...please suggest what to do...

Kindly give plenty of water as well as juice extracted from fruits full stop this will increase the appetite as well as will improve the constipation which is usually present after fever. Give simple diet like khichdi curd buttermilk
