  4. Not pooping after vaccination. Pooping?

Not pooping after vaccination
Hi, my 4 month old baby is not pooping after her 14 weeks vaccination. She is a breastfed baby and poops everyday. But after yesterday's vaccination she is showing mild discomfort, she grunts attempts to poop but haven't pooped yet. Is this a cause of concern? Can vaccination affect pooping?
