Not persistent mild pain and discomfort
I feel discomfort in my stomach and back if I sit on chair for more than half an hour continuously. It feels like tight stomach and slight pain in muscles. As soon as I get up and change my position this discomfort or mild pain is gone. Also if I keep my back align on some hard surface for some time I feel slight pain in aligned back part. However as soon as I change positions these pain are gone.
