Not passing stool freely

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My 3month old is passing stool once in 8 days and while passing last time he stressed alot his face become red and stool is also thick, now one week is completed and he will pass please suggest to help him pass freely also his feeding pattern changed, he is not taking milk every 2hrs , but every 4hrs he is having.please suggest. He is on breast feeding only.

Hi, Babies on breast feed pass stools once in 6-8 days . This is normal. Nothing to worry. Feed the baby is demand 4-6 hrly.
