Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help. I can understand your suitation. Sometimes such behavior and negativity is not just due to emotional disturbance. It may be also due to bodily discomfort or disturbance. As body and mind are interlinked, they affect each other. Currently, you first need to ventilate your emotions to someone who really cares about you like friends or family members. If you hesitate to share with them, then take a counseling support to explore your self first and get the suitable solution. Feel free to reach out to me online for further evaluation and recommendation.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
