Not having proper sleep
My friend is not able to sleep properly for the last 4 to 5 days. She tries to sleep but it's not for a long time. Her sleep is very light which was not before. She is having anxiety. She took a contraceptive pill two weeks back is there any reason it can happen for that? What can be done to get proper sleep.
