Not having periods after finished deviry

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi. I had a last pill of deviry on 6 July but now I am getting little and light spotting while going washroom and urine not in my pad what to do? It is normal? Will I have to wait for clear proper period? Please suggest. And before thst from last Dec till April I got period without medicine because I lost some weight then my weight got increase and from this month I am facing period issue.
