Not having my periods,last time 25th Oct

Asked for Female, 38 Years

Last time 25 oct,so 25th November is the date,but i am feeling the cramps in stomach and low abdomen,but no response. Any any medicine through which I will get the immediate periods,if it's a irregular periods,as it's creating lost of issue, Pregnancy no questions as my husband is not here since from 2months. I am having this issue in last few months Please suggest
