Not getting sleep whole night. Safe?

Hello, I am facing insomnia problem from 2 months Whole night I am not getting sleep(nt even single minute ) Morning time I feel lazy,body and back pain will be there Night time I am thinking about unnecessary things which is really not required. Recently my uncle expired because of liver damage ,his death disturbing me a lot Whenever I consume alchole next day I will be completely scared and starts think of liver damage.and I have done liver function test many times ,everything is normal but still I have not convinced. Consulted senior physician and he suggested me to take "qutipin 25" tablet for 10 days whenever I take this tablet I feel comfort and get sleep. Is it really safe ? I am scared that I will be addicted to this 😑 I am recently married ,my wife in maternity leave currently I am staying alone at home. Hope you understand my situation kindly suggest me Thank you Avinash
