Not getting sleep

Am not getting sleep daily, presently am job searching, so most of thinking about my future and getting afraid.. When go to sleep at nights the thoughts are coming more.. In day also.. Bcz of this am suffering to much stress.. And lonlyness... Plz suggest me to get a sleep very well.

Hello, In your case the sleep problem is probably secondary to your mood or anxiety disorder. Please consult a doctor to get this treated and your sleep issue will resolve wih it. Also if you can follow the following measures. Avoid tea, coffee, colas. Avoid daytime naps. Avoid screen time (TV,mobile,laptop)near bed time. Get adequate physical exercise during the day.
