Not getting periods from past 3 months.

Age - 19 yrs Hi. It's been 3 months I am not getting my periods. I have tried eating papaya and other home remedies, still no help. First period - 12 years old. Since the first period itself, I never got it in a regulated manner, it's always gap of 3-4 months from day 1. Age- 16 yrs - I got pregnant, and got the abortion done through medicines. Still there wasn't any change / difference in the irregularity of menstrual cycle. The only thing changed after abortion was the thickness of menstrual blood. Earlier it was thick after abortion it's thin. I started taking medication from 20, March 2020, from Sparsh hospital, I was prescribed two medicines - 1st Medicine - Primolut N- 5mg - 21 days course only First 5 days - 3 tabs a day Second set of 5 days - 2 tabs a day Third set - 1 tab for 11 days 2nd Medicine - Loette to be taken After 21 days of Primolut Course. 1 tablet of Loette daily for 21 days then 7 days gap then again repeat 21 days for entire life. AND IT DIDN'T HELP
