Doctor, I am 28 Years old. Still I am Not Getting Hard and Tight Erection While Masturbating. Why.?? I have a Flaccid Penis it is very Small. Can you Suggest Some Medicines For This??? I have Marfan Syndrome and Pectus Excavatum also. I have Severe Nerve Pain and Muscle Pain After Masturbation. Why??
