Only work out with no proper diet will not help you much. You need to include at least 50 gms extra protein in your diet. Add whole pulses, legumes, soya products, eggs, chicken, milk and paneer in your diet.
Also go for muscle training and weights in ur exercise routine
You must include muscle exercise. It must include arms,thighand shoulder. Dnt do stress on your body only go for gradual gain.
