Dear, Your write up says you might be  suffering from ANXIETY. These kind of thoughts and fears generally stem from past experiences or the way in which we grew up . Sometimes something terrible did happen in the past . Or it can be more  subtle and hard to chart back to any specific event. Thoughts like this can be instilled in us during growing years. Perhaps you had overprotective parents who felt like this themselves. May be they passed down their own fears , teaching you to always be on guard in this world.. AS WE GROW UP , THESE VOICES CAN END UP GETTING HARD WIRED IN OUR BRAIN AS TRUTH. Or it could be ....your parents not emotionally stable enough , and YOU NEVER RECEIVED SECURITY & REASSURANCE YOU NEEDED AS A CHILD.. PARENTS PAVE THE WAY FOR OUR SENSE OF SECURITY IN LATER LIFE. lIf you are living with anxiety , you are probably feeling peeved off. Anxiety becomes an issue when we start to see danger in everything. WE NEED TO FIND ACCEPTANCE WITH THIS UNPREDICTABILITY, and roll with it, instead of trying to control it.
Next Steps
* label your worry * challenge it * face it head on * talk it out.

Hi.... Some part of it is normal and natural part of growing up. Dealing with the day to day stressors, meaninglessness of life, and experiencing an existential angst about the same, is very integral to human existence. Some part of it might be coming out of your psychosocial environment including career, relationships, family, friends, etc. It is possible that you may have experienced a pain little long back and have repressed it thinking it is gone. But it is still there and active in your subconscious or unconscious mind and impacting your mood and present state of being.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Existentialist Approach and Lifestyle Guidance is required.
