Take the child to a nearby pediatrician or atleast a hospital. The child will need intravenous fluids administration because the urine output has decreased. Don't take this lightly.
Health Tips
Do visit a pediatrician nearby as soon as possible. Meanwhile, give ORS as much as possible.
