Having right overy cyst 44cm..al fertility test are done al seems normal..M trying to conceive 2 yrs.bt ni conceiving..3 iui done..bt all fail..periods always come on time..no pain..normal bleeding.

go for diagnostic hysterolaproscopy.
and get that cyst removed.
even after that not conceived then go for IVF
