Hello,
The ideal TSH level necessary for a successful conception is less than 3.5 and your TSH level is 5.67. I would suggest to continue with thyronorm and repeat TSH after four weeks. Your uterus is fine. Laparoscopy may be required. Consult an IVF specialist and seek proper treatment.
WANT DO YOU WANT. ARE YOU TAKING TREATMENT FOR INFERTILITY. ANOTHER OPTION FOR LAPAROSCOPY IS HYSTERO SALPINGOGRAPHY (HSG). THAT WOULD TELL YOU ABOUT THE TUBAL STATUS. AFTER THAT YOU SHOULD BE UNDERGOING OVULATION INDUCTION FOR ANOTHER 6 MONTHS. IF YOU CONCEIVE THEN FINE OTHER WISE YOU HAVE TO GO FOR FURTHER TREATMENT AFTER 6 MONTHS
Your thyronorm dose needs revision, as TSH levels are still high. TSH less than 3 is desirable in early pregnancy. Laparoscopy will help identify cause for infertility and plan further treatment. However, you may undergo hysterosalpingography to see tubal patency. It is a non invasive test. PCOS responds well to ovulation induction. Do not worry about arcuate uterus, it will not affect your chances of conceiving

Tsh level required for conception are less than 3.5
So continue thyronorm and repeat tsh after 4 weeks and adjust dose.
Arcuate uterus is normal
Pcos require evaluation and targated tretment
Ovares is not given in pcos
Need of laparoscopy depends on duration of marriage and response to ovulation induction agents so don't be reluctant for that
