Hi, We are planning to have second baby. I remember during the first pregnancy I had throid level under control. We would like to knoww how much thyroid level to conceive? I had a check up today and my thyroid level is
3.11 TSH. Please help.

Hi! Your thyroid levels are fine and okay for concieving. However, in the first trimester ideally we keep TSH level below 2.5 mIU. This can be taken care of in pregnancy after checking again in first trimester and treating accordingly as per the value.

Yes you cn try to conceive. Try during fertile period that is from day nine to day nineteen of the cycle ,counting day 1 as day of start of periods.
