Not able to speak in my original voice
I was sleeping at my house suddenly I lost my voice. I am not able to speak as I used to speak before also I have lost my singing abilities.I am not able to fluctuate my voice. Please help me on this I am worried about this.

sometime overuse /misuse of voice may lead to origin of vocal folds nodules in the vocal folds.visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and go for laryngoscopy if required.
