Not able to sleep at night
I always think about any random thing and not get asleep in time thus 2 three hour get passed after going to bed
What should i do
No diabaties problem
No low bp nothing i have checked

I would like to know whether you are having any stress in life about which you are thinking too much. I advise you to exercise and meditate daily. Before going to bed go for a walk and develop reading habits. This will surely help. If not sedative like alprazolam will be beneficial. If having stress, anxiety or depression take help from a psychiatrist.
