hello der
Wet Dreams', also referred to as Nightfall, is a problem that a lot of men face. This problem mainly arises because of one's habit of over masturbation. However, research has shown that men who are diabetic, or are potential diabetes patients too may start to develop sexual problems, Nightfall being one of them.

In Wet Dreams, a person faces semen leakage unexpectedly in the middle of the night. Initially, it begins with the man getting aroused by thinking of sexual activities, or imagining the presence of a sensual woman being next to him. This leads to the desire of having sex, which further turns him on and causes the semen leakage. But as the problem starts to advance, and men start to masturbate more and more, the semen leakage goes beyond their control. Their penile area becomes so weak, that they don't even get to know when the leakage has happened during their sleep. They are able to find about this only in the morning, when they wake up.

While many men may think that such sudden unexpected discharge of semen is nothing to be worried of, experts say that it is rather very dangerous for not just one's sexual health, but also for the overall health of the person. Due to frequent wet dreams, a person will face constant sexual weakness. And even though the man may feel the need to have sex, his desires will meet only disappointment in the event of actual sex, as his weakness will not allow him to perform well.

Frequent wet dreams later lead to problems erectile dysfunction, which interferes in smooth lovemaking. Also, the person starts to feel very weak, with lowered stamina and efficiency. There is also constant pain the penile area, and the male organ size may also become small.

If at any point of time, a man feels that he is facing all of these symptoms, then the first step that he needs to take is to stop masturbating. Excessive masturbation seems like a very pleasurable idea; but is not very good in the long run.

Doctors give certain medications to help cure wet dreams. Apart from that, they also advise the patients to start consuming herbal supplements, as well as use herbal oils for massaging on the penile area. These herbal products are very safe and effective, and help a lot in curing all kinds of sexual problems.

It is also very important for the person to mentally develop a sense of control. He should keep himself away from anything that triggers the desire in him to masturbate. This should be carried out for at least 2-3 months, till the time the person does not recover completely. Also, insomnia needs to be treated as soon as possible, so that the person gets into the habit of sleeping properly. Being sleepless on the bed causes the mind to wander, and can lead to the desire of masturbating.

Hence, the treatment for wet dreams is effective only when it is combination of psychological control as well as medical intervention.
consult psychiatrist and urologist for further evaluation and treatment.
