Last two three days my daughter is not getting sleep easily.. It take some time two three hours to sleep.. Due to this she is worried to go to bed.. And she has the anxiety of sleep.. No other health problem or mental stress..

Tell her go to bed ,at same time daily,no video watching at,night,tell her to woke up ,and walk for few minutes,after every 30minutes if not able to sleep,no hot drink or caffinated drink,less sleep inday times,do some physical exercise in evening,evening walk
