Not able to sleep
Any over the counter sleeping medication? Not been also to sleep due to a lot of stress. Head and neck pain due to lack of sleep.

If its not chronic problem and not related with any disease then no need of pills. Have some physical activity during day. Have some relaxing time in between work. Communicate well with others. If any problem, share with friends. Have some meditation if you know.

Avoid medicines for such issues cause then you’ll be dependent on the drugs for sleep. Find time to increase physical activity like a brisk walk in the morning or evenings. Meditation will calm your mind. Regular stretching will keep your body relaxed. More physical activity will help you sleep better at night.
