I am not able to set my biological clock. Till 4 am keep roaming in corridors like ghosts or keep turning my bed sides.. n when fell asleep dont know... And when waking up it's 11 :00 am..facing this situation from last more than a month.. I have never been out of india so definitely it's not a jet lag. Kindly suggest.

Probably, could be due to various reasons, like, browsing till late night in mobile or computer, not much physical activities, food habits etc.,
There could be some underlying stress or some issue, which had not been resolved.
