Hi, From last week my mood set is like a drunked person and also it is like am in dreaming, but am doing everything correctly. Please advise whome should i contact eigher Psychrtist or nerolagist

Could you provide me details of medications being taken or any use of alcohol or other addictive substance if any. However consult a Psychiatrist.
