Not able to grow mustaches

Asked for Male, 29 Years

My mustaches are not fully grown. The hairs are very thin and in-between space is there in the hairs. The beard growth is ok but the hairs are not soft at all they are very hard. I use to trimmer instead of blades most of the time. Pls suggest
