Not able to gain weight
She is 25 years old, 5 ft 6 inches tall and weights only 38 KG.She has very bad appetite and eats very less amount of food like 100 grams of rice daily and she cannot eat forcefully which causes her to vomit.She wants to gain 12 kg weight.What will be the problem and solution.Please advice.

Hi welcome. I mut say first you must reduce your stress, check worms, or indigestion disorders if any, sleep more, restful work no starinous. add green salad, fruits, strew,soup , more vegetables oriented foods,some citrus fruits, more water, electrolytes, avoid heat or hot ,normal working & 2 hours alternatively high carbs enriched with high quality protin should add. You can add FRESUBIN as energy apart from meals.

Hello there....., I can understand your concern... Everything we eat has some calorie content. So like we eat food with fewer calories to lose weight, we need to eat food that has more calories to gain weight... Only calories won’t add to your body weight,include the right amount of proteins to your diet.... Eat - Eggs, lean meat, fish, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins.
