Not able to empty my bowl
I am not able to empty my stomach in the morning Stool is NOT hard. My water intake is very low .. Tried laxative yesterday.but no effect Please suggest the treatment

1st thing which is important to remember In 1 day, not necessarily you will see result of laxative Most important is you need to focus on your Eating and sleeping habits… Eat fiber rich diet like cucumber, millets … It will relieve your constipation and will make your stool soft also If you have habit of sleeping late .. wake up late or early Means take proper 7 to 8 hours of sleep at least!!
