Not able to eat a pill

Asked for Male, 22 Years

How do I overcome my fear of having a pill, whenever I eat any small or big pill I have this fear or you can say psychology that the pill might get stuck in the throat and then the pill still remains in my mouth after drinking water also. Give me a valid and appropriate reason so I could eradicate this fear.
