About 2 months back he was operated for an internal head injury. Aftr discharge frm hospital, right side of his body has very less movement and he can't walk. Also, for last 1 month he is unable to swallow anything. Evn swallowing water is becoming difficult for him. He is hardly eating or drinking anything. Pls advise
