Hello . Many face these issues nowadays since there are many distractions in today's world . You need to first find our what are the causes of your loss of concentration. Give yourself some time and jot down the factors that distract you . They could be small things but it's good to know them .
Next Steps
Give yourself some time away from the mobile phone . And give your eyes some relaxation . Have a lot of water . Yoga helps a lot in concentration .
Health Tips
Walk atleast 15 min a day without music on . This helps in concentration . Still if you feel something is still making focus difficult consult a Psychologist. Online consultation is also ok since your issue does not seem to be a super major one on the face of it . But precaution is always better .
