Not able to conceive
I tried to conceive from last one year. I diagnosed with endometriosis cyst and also operate laproscopy in july 2016 after that i continuiously trying. But get not success. Also first iui perform on jan 2017 and 2nd iui on feb 2017. Still wating for results of iui this month. My question is during this cycle in my left ovary 21.2 mm size of follicle and 15.2 mm in right ovary. an injection given to me by doctor to reptured the folloice. Right ovary follicle is reputured but left ovary start decreasing and decreases to 17.2 . Doctor suggest to go for iui. Can this time iui is succesful or not.? Even after iui 2-5 days cramps on both side . Sometime on left or sometime on right.Can this time iui is succesful or not.?

We really can't commit on the success of an Jui the general protocol is go for 4 cycles of Jui and then move on to ivf. Also seeking a second opinion is essential. His your husbands semen analysis under the normal reference range? Don't loose hope and be positive, did you know stress is also one of the causes of infertility both men and women. We are dealing with three issues here: 1) Age: 30 yrs 2) Infertility of more than an year 3) Endometriosis Endometriosis condition is known to affect the quantity as well as the quality of eggs.
Next Steps
If your ovarian reserve is good, you merit around 3-4 cycles of IUI.
Health Tips
Since you have undergone a surgery for endometriotic cyst, check your AMH levels. If your AMH level is not optimal or if you fail to conceive in 3-4 cycles of IUI, opt for IVF without much delay.
