Not able to avoid looking at breasts

I am not able to look into the eyes when talking with girls.This problem started 15 days back and now it is not at all possible me to look at their eyes. So i am avoiding talking with girls.

Thanks for posting this question ,understanding that help is possible. I would like to understand ,ur not able to look into the eyes of a female because ur attracted towards the breast or you are unable to concentrate while talking when you look in to the eyes .Does lookin in to the breasts ,avoiding gaze contact evoke guilt in you and you get upset ? Do you feel excessively shy and self conscious when you talk to girls ?have these symptoms were present in mild forms earlier ?these are all features of anxiety and certainly could be treated.
