Not able to avoid looking at breasts
As i asked previously below are some of the points to give more clarity to you: I am not able to look into the eyes of a female because i am unable to concentrate while talking when i look in to the eyes .Does lookin in to the breasts ,avoiding gaze contact evoke guilt in you and you get upset --Yes,ofcorse,this is the main problem i have? Do you feel excessively shy and self conscious when you talk to girls --not with known girls?have these symptoms were present in mild forms earlier --guess yes?

It is OCD symptoms. You should take some psychotherapies sessions to clinical psychologist for that. CBT is more effective in OCD.

Hello , You suffer from anxiety disorder ,which makes you avoid gaze contact ,repetitive thoughts of looking in to the breast ,is an obsessive symptom,you don't have to feel guilty ,sinCE the thought is out of your control .consult a psychiatrist and follow up with the advice.cognitive behavioral therapy would be helpful.
