Nose stuffy at night
Hello. My son is 2 years and 3 months old . Recently from last 1 week he is having trouble in sleeping due to stuffy nose . We have been putting nasoclear (saline water ) and have started with humidifier as well with  ( eucalyptus oil ) it's effects goes in 2-3 hours and then rest of the night he is struggling to sleep . Kindly suggest what I can do .

greetings! yes try hot milk with Haldi---Turmeric at night.. Simple things will continue to work. Keep ventilation of room. avoid much of furniture and curtains, let wind flow from one side to other. cross ventilation. avoid dusting, wipe every thing with cloth . do not do dusting. do wipe dust. clean hard surface with light alcohol.. Do vacuum cleaning of room . avoid pesticides and sprays.. use Indian spices for running nose Make KADDA ( Concoction) Take crushed ginger+ cloves 2-3+ Whole black pepper 3-4, jaggary in 150ml of water. boil the mixture to concentrate it to 100 ml cool it. serve it warm twice a day. It is very effective and tasty. good for all from a child to senior citizen.. don't forget immunization., give good nutrition, and most valuable healthy emotional environments. STRESS is quite common. Avoid Shouting, arguments, Abusing. Make it HAPPY environments for boosting immunity.

Give syrup Wikoryl AF 2.5ml thrice a day for 3 days.Give steam inhalation, warm water to drink with honey, soup,  avoid milk and milk products, add haldi in food or if giving milk.
