Nose stiffness and cold

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I have cold from last few months.. sometimes watery nose and sometimes stiff nose..i dont have fever and cough..most of the time right nostril block.. doctor prescribed me sinarest tablet and levocetrizine tablet...but when dose completed symptoms started again..i have done CBC TEST last week report attached... sometimes body aches and weakness and sweating too.. Is it common cold or related to covid or allergies Please suggest
