Hi Doc I'm having sneezing and it's making my inner nose skin looking raw and crusty.. also having red eyes and irritation in cheeks. Having this issue in both nostrils. Kindly suggest medicine for relief.

Hello,
It looks like an allergic symptoms to me. Based on your complaints and history I suggest u to consult an ENT surgeon nearby your home.
1st of all get your nasal endoscopy done.
Look for signs of allergy in nose and throat.
I can prescribe u steroidal nasal spray and Antihistaminic medications but to get clear idea u should consult physically to ENT doctor.
Till then start steroid nasal spray 2 puff twice a day in each nostril.
Tablet. Montel FX one tablet at night one hour before sleep for 7 days.
Gargles with lukewarm water 5-7 times a day.

wear a mask while heading out of the house.
avoid going near plants and birds.
wash your bedsheets and pillow cover on every alternate day.
avoid a dusty environment wherever possible.
