Nose pressure like bleeding, heavy head
I feel nose pressure sometime feel like it will bleed. And heavy head blocked ears.cough is coming in throat. Feels fainting and sleepy specially afternoon. Can't feel my stomach . Sometimes getting headache on one side of head. Sometimes legs and hand feels cold and sometimes heated(feverish) but temperature is normal. Feeling like eyes are swollen. Feel stressed anxiety and heavy head. Can't concentrate. 2,3 days ago felt weakness but now ok. Lower Back pain and upper back pain below shoulder is also there sometimes. My CT scan was normal. Urine test was normal CBP - platelets 90k Himoglobin-13.9 Please suggest

Your platelet count is low and Needs to be monitored constantly. Consut a physician and get hospitalised.
