Nose piercing bump/keloid

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I got my nose pierced in the last week of november. Since the second week of january a bump started growing around it. At first I thought it is because of the metal (gold) so I removed it and have been using neem stick but it is still not going away. I also tried some home remedies but all in vain. Plz help
