Since 120 days I used to have running nose nose and sneezing and when I take ctz it's get stopped for few days and sometime my nose gets blocked and when I take otrivin my nose gets unblock and I gets running.
Very mild wet cough I feel sometime it's come out sometimes it struck on throat and goes inside.
No sign of fever
No headache
I started this issue when i spend few days with 6 goats during Eid no one at home have any other issue like I have.
Is it maybe a sign of rhinitis? If it is then which department doctor I should consult ?

See you seem to have allergic rhinitis, but thats only a part of your problem. The chronic obstruction which you are facing can be due to a deviated nasal septum/ turbinate hypertrophy or even a nasal polyp

It could be allergic rhinitis ( allergy arising from the nose ) kindly do not put Otrivin drops too frequently you may become habitual to it and get a severe nasal block sensation when not taken. Avoid exposure to the allergen ( causing agent ) completely to get relief. A local examination is required to rule out any other cause
