Nose decongestant
Are there any natural nose decongestant to use during cold weather that can be used daily without any side effects or without making a habit.
Currently I am using xylomist 0.1%, people suggested me that it can make me habitual for it. It was earlier prescribed by an ENT during sinus infection, and was told to use occationally if nose it too much stuffy and you can't breath easily. But nowdays temperature lies between 6 to 22℃ throughout a day, and during evening or night I get stuffy nose.
I must require an instant decongestant in some cases. I always first try to keep my face wrapped by caps and stalls, and use steam initially. But maximum times nothing helps me in it.
