I get nose blocked very often, Tried to have medicines also like sinarest, alerfix total but not helped me much, I am feeling better but from a long time I am having those medicines plus I am having alot of phelgm inside. Please prescribe me to just take a proper medicine for it.

Hiii... Ths is Dr. Susmitha.. These nose blocks are probably due to allergic rhinitis.. They may be due to cool air or water / some fuds/ dust.
The best way to avoid this is identifying which is allergic to u and reducing exposure..
1.Tab. Montec lc 0-0-1
2.Nasoclear nasal drops 2-2-2
Acute symptoms can be relieved by ths medications.

If you are having sputum then you must be treated for that. For allergies, take the anti allergic medications as course and slowly taper it down and stop. Identify the seasons when you have allergies vs when you don’t .
Nose block probably because of some allergy .
relate the nose block with environmental factors like dust/ pollen/ cold weather/ cooler/ Ac,
Or some food items/ may be shampoo/ soap / deordarant
