Nose block,fever,headache
I am suffering from cold from last 4 days...i have soar throat,fever,facing problem in breathing and head is continously aching, no cough is there
I took chestoncold total and rubbed vicks on my head but there is no recovery please consult me any medicine

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety...Drink plenty of water,eat soft foods like cooked cereal, mashed potatoes, soft fruits, yogurt and soft-cooked eggs...give adequate rest to your body..Avoid spicy foods or acidic foods.
Gargle with warm salt water. gargling several times a day can help relieve throat pain....you will require antibiotics to clear up infection..take over the counter paracetamol for fever and Consult nearest ent surgeon they will do the needful.
