Nose bleed
My 4 year son always rub the nose and inserts the finger inside the nose which leads to the nose bleed.
Please suggest how to come over from this.

Picking of the nose can often cause cuts inside the nose leading to minor or major nose bleeds.
Firstly, make sure there is no family history of bleeding problems. If not, do not worry and by positive reinforcement try to get him out of habit of nose picking
