I am going on a trip on 21st March and will be back on 28th March, I do not want to have periods then.
I have already started taking Norethisterone twice a day from 13th March assuming I will be free from Periods by then. But did not get my periods till now. Today is my day 4 of the dose.
Should I continue or stop taking it and for how long should I take it?

You need to understand that once you stop this medicine there is a wait period of up to 10 days after the last dose
So you need to understand that postponement at times becomes Divy
As long as you continue taking medicine you will not get your periods. When you stop taking medicine like if tomorrow you have to wait for another 1 week to have your periods. If you want to delay it's better you continue taking the medicine till you want to delay your periods
