Hello! I understand your concern. Based on the information you have provided, it is possible that you are experiencing a condition called diarrhea. Diarrhea is characterized by loose, watery stools that occur more frequently than usual. It can be caused by a variety of factors, including infections, food intolerances, and certain medications. However, it is important to note that not all cases of loose stools are considered diarrhea. In some cases, it may be normal to have a combination of hard and soft stools during a bowel movement. This can be influenced by factors such as diet, hydration, and physical activity. To determine whether your symptoms are indicative of a medical condition, I would recommend that you schedule an appointment with your primary care physician. They can perform a physical examination and run any necessary tests to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms. In the meantime, it may be helpful to keep a food diary to track your diet and identify any potential triggers for your symptoms. Additionally, staying hydrated and consuming a balanced diet rich in fiber can help regulate bowel movements and promote overall digestive health. I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
