Normal Sized Liver but Grde3 Fatty Liver
I was having a little cramping like pain in right abdominal area. Dr suggested USG and blood tests like LFT. Reports came. All looking normal even liver in Normal size but report also said Grade3 fatty liver. Is it normal to have a grade3 fatty liver with no abnormalities in LFT and liver size..? How common it is and What are suggested treatments. Also could there be any underlying serious disease.

Kindly Consult. Fat accumulation in liver could be due to multiple causes. Some due to alcohol intake, others due to metabolic causes. Initial stages are reversible with therapy and exercise but it needs cautious investigations and management.
