Normal delivery stitches
I had delivery 10 days before. Last 2 days stitches area hurts when sit or walk. Anus also hurting. And having severe gas movements in my stomach.

Apply some soothing cream like metrogyl or t bact ointment. Or you can just take a small tub and put warm water and betadine solution in it and sit for like 20 mins for relief. For gas movements you can take pantop and drink lots of water
