Noisy breathing
Hello... baby is 1 year and 4 month old... recently he was suffering from cold...but now he is okay..but he makes noise when he breastfeed...he can breastfeed without putting saline drop...but he breathing through his mouth when he plays...but now tiredness...he is active and playful...what is the reason...?? His chest is clear as per pediatrician...

Secretions which cause noisy breathing can be present from nose up to lungs at any place. So even if chest is clear, noises can be present. Continue saline nasal drops or visit a pediatrician for check up and assesment or  other treatment

There is nothing to worry. Its normal in this season. You can put nasal sline drops round the clock. Also give steam thrice a day
